Young Scientist Travel Award

Award brief:
Organizer of 39th ISHG 2014 will provide 20 'Young Scientist Travel Awards' for trainees (predoctoral and postdoctoral). The awards will be given on the basis of competitive abstracts submitted at the ISHG 2014 Conference.

Eligibility criteria:
The candidate must be the first author on a submitted abstract, must be a registered delegate; and must also submit the name and email address of the mentor. The abstract submitted must be the result of independent work by the candidate. An attestation by the mentor and countersigned by Head of the Department must accompany the abstract. If the work is a part of Doctoral thesis a certificate from the guide must accompany the abstract. Simple review abstracts will not be considered.

Note:- The candidate must not have completed 35 years of age & Apply latest By 20th November 2013

Submission details:
Abstract preparation and submission details are same as per mentioned in the abstract submission guidelines. However, tick mark is mandatory [at TRAVEL AWARD SECTION] for the abstract to be considered under specific section.

Review & Selection:
All Abstracts will be scored by the Scientific Committee; and those selected will receive Reward & Certificate as a Travel Award during the Conference.

Notification of decision:
Recipients of Travel Awards will be notified in December 2013 and cheque will be distributed on-site in Ahmedabad.
